Agreement

By using Bunle (bunle.cloud), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Bunle does

Bunle lets you pack images into a single file and share them via a link. Recipients can view images in their browser and download them as ZIP. The format is open source (MIT).

Your content

You own your images. We don't claim ownership. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, serve, and cache your images for the purpose of delivering them to your recipients.

Prohibited content

You may not upload:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to NCMEC immediately.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Content that violates someone else's copyright without authorization.
  • Malware, phishing, or deceptive content.
  • Content that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on Bunle infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Include:

  • The URL of the infringing gallery.
  • Description of the copyrighted work.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond within 48 hours and remove infringing content promptly.

Accounts and plans

  • Anonymous: No account. 100 photos/share, 24h links, Bunle branding.
  • Pro ($5/mo): Unlimited photos, permanent links, no branding, analytics.
  • Business ($15/mo): 1 TB storage, custom slugs, API access, priority support.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for data loss — keep your own backups.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your galleries and data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Liability

Bunle is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
