Who we are

Bunle is operated by Bunle Cloud ("we", "us"). Our service is available at bunle.cloud. Contact: privacy@bunle.cloud.

What data we collect

  • Account data: Email address, name (if provided), authentication method.
  • Gallery data: Images you upload, gallery metadata (title, page count, dimensions).
  • Usage data: Gallery view counts, IP addresses of viewers (anonymized after 30 days), browser type.
  • Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

How we use your data

  • To provide the service: hosting, streaming, and sharing your galleries.
  • To show you analytics (view counts, Pro plan).
  • To send transactional emails (magic links, expiry notifications).
  • To improve the service and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your images for AI training. Public pages (free galleries, blog, docs) may display non-intrusive ads via Google AdSense. Pro and Business accounts are completely ad-free across all pages.

Anonymous shares

Anonymous shares (no account) do not require any personal data. We store the uploaded images for 24 hours, then permanently delete them. No IP addresses are stored for anonymous uploads.

Data storage

Images are stored on Cloudflare R2 (global CDN). Account data is stored in Cloudflare D1. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Data retention

  • Anonymous galleries: Deleted after 24 hours.
  • Free account galleries: Deleted 30 days after expiry.
  • Pro/Business galleries: Retained until you delete them or cancel your plan.
  • Account data: Retained until you delete your account.

Your rights

You can:

  • Export your data at any time (download your galleries).
  • Delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
  • Request a copy of all data we hold about you.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. Free galleries may include cookies from Google AdSense for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings. Pro and Business plans use no third-party cookies.

Third parties

  • Cloudflare: Hosting, CDN, DNS.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • Google AdSense: Advertising on public pages (free galleries, blog, docs).

Children

Bunle is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email to account holders.
